Firstly Upload Your Themes Both The One You wish to Use As Mobile View And The One You Wish to Use for As PC View.

 You Can Do This by Navigating To Appearance > Themes > Add New Or If You have it As a .Zip Formate On Your PC Or Device. Then Navigate To Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme
As Show Below.

Click On Upload Theme

Locate Your Theme You Wish To Upload On Your PC

Click On Install Now

• After Successful Uploading And Installing 

• Click On "Activate" The One You wish to Use as Your PC View and It will Look Like This Below.

• Now Let Proceed In Setting Up Your Mobile View.

How To Set Up A Mobile View For Your Wordpress Site.

• Now Navigate WordPress Plugin Dashboard ‘Plugins > Add New’ section by searching for ‘Device Theme Switcher’.

• After activation you’ll have a new menu: ‘Appearance > Device Themes’–where you set which theme is given to which visitor device.

• Now Go To Appearance > Device Themes

• Now Choose The Mobile Themes You Installed From Themes Dashboard  As Handle Theme And Your PC Themes For Tablet As Tablet Theme.

• Click On Save Settings and You Finally Done.

Note: To See If It Works Fine. Visit The URL Of Your Wordpress Site On A Computers/Laptops, Your PC View will be Displayed and Tried Visiting The Same URL On Mobile Devices, Your Mobile View Will Display.
